Terms and Conditions

As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the photos I capture for my clients. This means that I hold the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works based on the photographs. By engaging my photography services, you acknowledge and agree that I maintain ownership of the copyright.

However, I grant my clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for their personal or business purposes, specifically for marketing and promotional activities related to the specific property or project for which the photos were taken. This license allows clients to display the photographs on their websites, social media platforms, print materials, or any other marketing channels.

Please note that this license is granted solely to my clients and is not transferable to any third parties without my prior written consent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the photographs without my permission is strictly prohibited.

While I retain the right to use the photographs for my own marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials, rest assured that I will always respect the privacy and confidentiality of my clients. I will not disclose any sensitive or confidential information regarding the properties or projects without explicit consent from my clients.

Property Condition

Client will ensure that the listing is clean and ready for photography at time of service. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, dusting, changing light bulbs, or the moving of furniture, but may adjust window coverings, pillows, move small items, or turn on/off lights as necessary. For further guidance please refer to our photo shoot prep list.  Client shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer's safety and that pets are fully confined and out of view. Photographer will not retouch images to disguise known defects and/or physical structures such as wall/floor blemishes, driveway cracks, power lines, etc. 

Cancellations and Weather

Cancellations must be made at least 12-hours before scheduled photoshoot start time. Real Estate Photoshoots canceled with less than 12-hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Weather-related cancellations are subject to the terms above. Some weather conditions can adversely affect exterior home photo quality or prevent safe drone flight. In the event of unfavorable weather, the interior photos will be photographed as planned. Alternate arrangements will be made for exterior or aerial re-shoot and additional fees may apply unless full cancellation is made at least 24-hours in advance. When weather is dry but blue skies are not present, photographer will provide blue sky replacements on primary exterior images.

Payments & Delivery

Payment for real estate imaging services is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment can be made securely via link in invoice. If full payment is collected at time of service, the photographer agrees to deliver final images digitally within 24-hours of photoshoot end time. If other arrangements are requested they must be made in writing at least 48-hours before scheduled time of service. Commercial projects are invoiced at image delivery with specific billing details laid out in project estimates.
