All photographs created by Crown & Stock Imaging remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property or project photographed. This includes use on MLS, real estate websites, social media, printed materials, and other marketing platforms for the duration of the property’s listing or marketing campaign.

This license may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties (including stagers, builders, designers, contractors, or other vendors) without prior written consent from Crown & Stock Imaging. Additional licensing may be arranged upon request.

Unauthorized reproduction, editing, resale, or redistribution of the images is strictly prohibited.

Crown & Stock Imaging retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. Client confidentiality will be respected, and personal or identifying property details will not be disclosed without consent.

Images delivered by Crown & Stock Imaging are licensed only to the client who ordered the service and only for marketing the specific property photographed.

Images may be uploaded to MLS systems and may subsequently appear on third-party websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, brokerage websites, and other listing platforms as part of the normal real estate marketing process.

Third parties who obtain images through MLS or listing platforms do not receive permission to reuse, reproduce, or repurpose the images for other listings, marketing campaigns, or commercial purposes.

Reuse of images for future listings of the same property or a different property requires a new license from Crown & Stock Imaging.

Images delivered by Crown & Stock Imaging are professionally edited to represent the property accurately and consistently with industry standards.

Clients may resize or crop images for marketing purposes. However, significant alterations are not permitted without written consent from Crown & Stock Imaging. This includes heavy color changes, filters, AI modifications, object removal or addition, virtual staging, or edits that substantially alter the original image.

Third-party editing, AI modification, or stylistic filters that change the appearance of the images are not permitted unless approved in writing by Crown & Stock Imaging.

Additional editing services such as virtual staging, object removal, twilight conversion, or other enhancements may be arranged through Crown & Stock Imaging.

Crown & Stock Imaging is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or representation of images altered by third parties.

All aerial photography conducted by Crown & Stock Imaging complies with FAA Part 107 regulations for commercial drone operations.

Drone services are subject to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, and safety considerations. If drone flight is not permitted due to FAA restrictions, unsafe conditions, or property limitations, aerial photography may be postponed, substituted with ground photography, or cancelled without liability.

Clients are responsible for confirming that aerial photography is permitted at the property location and that no restrictions exist from property owners, HOAs, or local regulations.

The client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time.

The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, dusting, or moving large furniture. Minor adjustments may be made during the shoot such as repositioning small items, straightening bedding, or adjusting blinds and lighting to improve composition.

Clients must ensure the property is safe and accessible, and that pets are secured and out of view during the session.

Crown & Stock Imaging reserves the right to decline or reschedule a session due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

Images will represent the property as it appears at the time of the shoot. Permanent objects or defects (such as damage, stains, cracks, or power lines) will not be digitally removed unless specifically contracted as an additional editing service.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled shoot.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

If weather prevents outdoor or aerial photography, interior photography may proceed as scheduled. Exterior or aerial photos can be completed during a return visit, and reshoot fees may apply unless the session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Overcast conditions are considered suitable for photography. Blue-sky replacements may be applied to primary exterior images when needed.

If the photographer arrives and the property is not ready or inaccessible, a $50 trip fee may be applied to cover travel and scheduling time.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Invoices are payable through the secure online payment link provided.

For most real estate photography services, final images will be delivered within 24–48 hours after the shoot.

Commercial projects or larger productions may require extended turnaround times and will be delivered according to the agreed project estimate.

All deliverables remain the property of Crown & Stock Imaging until payment is received in full. Unpaid invoices may result in delayed delivery or suspension of image usage rights.

Crown & Stock Imaging is not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond the photographer’s control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment malfunction, property access issues, or client noncompliance with these terms.

In the unlikely event of complete equipment or data failure prior to image delivery, liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid for the affected session.
