All photographs created by Crown & Stock Imaging remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that the photographer retains full ownership and the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the images.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to the property or project photographed. This license allows use across MLS, websites, social media, printed materials, and other marketing platforms for the duration of the property’s listing or campaign.

This license may not be sold, transferred, or provided to any third party (such as stagers, builders, designers, or contractors) without prior written consent from Crown & Stock Imaging. Additional licensing can be arranged upon request.

Unauthorized reproduction, editing, resale, or distribution of the images is strictly prohibited.

The photographer retains the right to use the images for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. Crown & Stock Imaging will always respect client confidentiality and will not disclose personal, private, or identifying details of a property without prior consent.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is clean, decluttered, and photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, dusting, or moving large furniture, but may make light adjustments such as repositioning small items, straightening bedding, or adjusting blinds and lights to enhance composition.

Clients must ensure that the property is safe to access, and that pets are secured and out of view. The photographer reserves the right to decline or reschedule any session due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

Photographs will represent the property as-is. Crown & Stock Imaging does not digitally alter or remove permanent objects or defects (e.g., wall damage, power lines, stains, cracks) unless specifically contracted as an editing service.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Weather-related reschedules follow the same policy. If weather prevents outdoor or aerial photography, interior photos will proceed as planned. A return visit for exterior or aerial photos can be scheduled; reshoot fees may apply unless a full cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

When skies are overcast but conditions are otherwise safe for flight or exterior photos, Crown & Stock Imaging will provide blue-sky replacements on primary exterior images at no additional cost.

If the photographer arrives on-site and the property is not ready or inaccessible, a trip fee of $50 may be applied to cover time and travel costs.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing prior to the scheduled shoot.

Accepted payment methods include secure online payment links provided in the invoice.
For most real estate photography services, final images will be delivered digitally within 24–48 hours after the shoot concludes.

Commercial or multi-property projects may be subject to extended turnaround times and will be invoiced at the time of delivery per the agreed project estimate.

All deliverables remain the property of Crown & Stock Imaging until payment is received in full. Unpaid invoices may result in withheld delivery or temporary suspension of usage rights.

Crown & Stock Imaging is not liable for any incidental damage, delay, or loss resulting from events beyond the photographer’s control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather, property access issues, or client noncompliance with these terms.

In the unlikely event of a complete equipment or data failure before image delivery, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all fees paid for the affected session.
